Due to popular request, we recently improved the color of this product. It is a universally flattering shade of red! Includes a lip swab, but you can purchase a lip brush.

Encased in a handmade terracotta clay pot, Aker Fassi has been used for centuries in Morocco to tint the lips and cheeks. It is made of only two natural plant powders: poppy flower powder and pomegranate bark powder. The color is buildable and can last for several hours before fading. 

Please note that due to the handmade nature of this product, there can be slight variations in size and shape. Each pot contains about 2-3 layers of natural pigment.

Please note that the color may look different depending on your skin tone. You may need to apply less or more to achieve the tint that best suits your skin tone. 

Our Aker Fassi Clay pots are lab certified lead free

For external use only

Wet a lip brush or cotton swab in oil or water and gently rub it on the inside of the terracotta pot. Apply to your lips and your cheeks, blending as needed. Do not use your fingers, as the product will stain the skin. Moisturize your lips as needed.

Punica Granatum (Pomegranate) Bark Extract, Papaver Rhoeas (Poppy) Flower Powder, Sucrose (used to help the pigment adhere to the clay pot).

Beautiful color and unique style

I loved the color of it and the unique way of using it, i felt that the color doesn’t spread evenly on the lips but i believe it needs a bit of practice

So pigmented and beautiful!

So pigmented and beautiful! I usually dab a little with the wet brush, then apply it to my wrist and water it down with more water because I am very fair, and it is very pigmented without added water. I plan on buying the liquid version because I love this so much!

Goes dry quickly, but pigmented and natural

I really liked it, and I did the technique of only wetting my finger and rubbing it on a small part of the clay. but that small part goes dry afterwards after 3 tries, and even though redness still gets on my fingers, it is not pigmented at all so I would say it does not last as long as I thought, but its such natural color and so nice!

Excellent quality and great pigment. It lasts for a long time and I prefer it as a cheek stain. Can be a little messy if you don't know what you're doing. Less is more. I use it almost every night and wake up with nice natural-looking makeup.
