Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Skalli products. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind? No problem. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. We'll email you a prepaid return label, and the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

Issue with your order? If something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at info@skalliessentials.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll resolve it for you promptly!

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
