I genuinely can’t thank the skalli team enough especially Sakina for the amazing customer service. ❤️. My original order was marked as delivered by the courier, but unfortunately I never received it. I was really stressed because I had spent my money on the order, and I wasn’t sure what was going to happen. I reached out to their support team, explained the entire situation, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the process.
They took the time to investigate everything and kept me updated. Instead of making things difficult, they went above and beyond by sending me a replacement. I also requested a different delivery address to make sure it was handed to me safely, and yesterday I finally received my parcel! This level of customer care is honestly rare to find. Been getting argan oil for a while now, and its been helping my skin alot ! Help my skin stay, soft, moistured and glowing, plus helps keep my face clear. And useing it for oiling my hair,on my feet and whole body. I absolutely love it !

Skalli Essentials brand is top tier, hands down. When used as directed, you will have the best shower you have ever taken. The hammam experience will change the way you look at your hygiene and how you exfoliate your skin; the kessa glove means business paired with the Moroccan black soap. And it's even better when the black soap is mixed with the Tbrima powder (which has such a wonderful scent!) and a splash of the rose water. I haven't used the Nila powder yet but I can assume it's probably just as wonderful of a product as the others. I will add a review to the Nila powder after I get a chance to use it. I can't wait to order some more goodies from Skalli Essentials!

Im absolute shocked at the fast results! I've only used it two times on my hair , and wow, my hair has never looked or felt better , strong ,shiny and healthy! And I've used it three times on my face, and I'm thrilled with the results. I haven't been able to keep my face clear for a while now , and the first time useing a sidr face mask , by the next day I could see my blemish starting to dry up. And now my face is almost completely clear ! Sidr is a must have !

Moroccan black soap with the oud scent is my new go to. I feel squeaky clean without it being overly drying and the oud scent is to die for. Not over powering but enough to leave a scent that lingers and leaves you feeling fresh. Love love love
