Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand at our New Jersey warehouse and ships within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

US shipping: Free standard shipping on orders of $85 or more. For orders under $85, rates are calculated at checkout based on weight. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipping.

International shipping: We ship worldwide through our partner. Shipping rates, duties and taxes are shown at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives. Delivery times vary by country.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your order arrives damaged, email us at info@skalliessentials.com with your order number and we'll resolve it for you promptly!
