For the hammam experience in a bath or shower, apply a tablespoon of black soap on wet skin. Massage in circular motions and leave on for 5-10 minutes before rinsing with water. Hands down absolutely the best hammam available online! I've tried so many to end up tearing them and throwing them away after a week. These are excellent quality and hold upbeautifully !

This works well! I still find it easier to get someone, my husband, to help with my back though. But for the times he can't help it works in that place!

Good, but not great

It is good, and may very well be impacted by user error, however I felt it didn't really help exfoliate my back. The handles were at a bit awkward position for my arms making it hard to get good traction against my back thus making it lackluster in exfoliating or getting my dead skin off.

Hi Thank you for sharing this! For back exfoliation specifically, the kessa works best on very damp, softened skin (like after steam or a warm shower) and with firm, short strokes rather than long pulls. Because everyone’s arm mobility and reach is different, some people find it easier to hold closer to the mitt instead of using full handle tension for better control and pressure. Helpful and accessible.

Fantastic head to toe exfoliation, and is especially helpful for limited mobility/sore days. It's stiff initially, but after a little time soaking in warm water becomes much more pliable.
