Due to popular request, we now offer Moroccan Aker Fassi in a liquid version. This new and improved stain has enhanced spreadability and longevity! Unlike Aker Fassi in a clay pot, it is moisturizing and does not dry the lips! 

Aker Fassi has been used for centuries in Morocco to tint the lips and cheeks. It is made of only two natural plant powders: poppy flower powder and pomegranate bark powder. The color is buildable and can last for several hours before fading. 

This liquid stain contains naturally-derived ingredients! 

Size: 15 mL

Please note that the color may look different depending on your skin tone. You may need to apply less or more to achieve the tint that best suits your skin tone. 

Apply a drop of Aker Fassi to your lips or cheeks, blending as needed. Do not use your fingers, as the product will stain the skin. Instead, use a blush brush or lip brush (not included).

Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Benzoate, Xanathan Gum (Natural Thickener), Poppy Flower Powder and Pomegranate Bark.

I love the feel and the build-ability of this product

I love the feel and the build-ability of this product. It also lasts all day on my eyelids with no creasing which nothing else has. I’m giving 4 stars, because the color is a very bright pink and I would love a warmer, more neutral option.

Lovely color shade

Love how subtle the shade is. I live in a hot humid climate so I don’t wear a full face makeup often due to the humidity. The liquid Aker Fassi gives me natural flush cheeks and it’s easy to blend in. Very little goes a long way and it can be layered. Definitely worth it for anyone wanting to do the “no make up” make up look.

How do you apply Liquid Aker Fassi?

Apply 1 to 2 drops to your lips or cheeks and blend quickly with a lip brush or blush brush. The color is buildable, so start with a little and add more for a deeper flush. Using a brush instead of your fingertips keeps your fingers from getting stained.

What is the difference between Liquid Aker Fassi and the clay pot?

Both use the same poppy flower and pomegranate bark pigment. The liquid version spreads more easily, is more moisturizing and does not dry out the lips, which makes it easy for touch-ups on the go. The clay pot is the traditional version you activate with water or oil.

How long does Liquid Aker Fassi last?

On the cheeks it can last all day. On the lips it fades faster, usually a few hours, especially after eating. Building a couple of thin layers and letting each one set before you add lip balm on top helps it last longer.

Will Liquid Aker Fassi work on my skin tone?

Yes. It gives a sheer, natural-looking flush on fair skin and can be layered for more color on medium and deeper skin tones. Since everyone's natural lip and skin tone is different, you may need a little more or less to get the shade you love.

What is Liquid Aker Fassi made of?

Liquid Aker Fassi is made with naturally derived ingredients: water, vegetable glycerin, hydrogenated castor oil and a natural xanthan gum thickener, colored with poppy flower powder and pomegranate bark. It has a faint natural scent you only notice up close. If you have a poppy allergy, please avoid it.
