Roller coaster customer service. Products not worth the money

1st: bad packaging, cheap plastic containers with the prices totally not worth the hype.

2nd. Customer service was a roller coaster experience. They offer incentive / partial refunds. But voided it because of my late responses. The offer was done within 30 days period which should be considered a return / refund since the conversation started within 30 days period after the purchased.

Will I really see dead skin come off?

Yes, when the technique is right, and that surprise is most people's favorite part. Soften your skin with 10 to 15 minutes of hot steam, leave Moroccan Black Soap on for 2 to 5 minutes, rinse it off completely, then turn the water off and scrub with a wrung-out glove in firm back-and-forth strokes. Your skin should feel slightly tacky, not slippery.

How often would I use the Kessa Glove?

About once a week, or every two weeks, is plenty. It is a deep exfoliation, so using it daily can irritate your skin. Listen to your skin and adjust from there.

How long does a Kessa Glove last, and how do I care for it?

Rinse it well in hot water after each use, wring it out and let it air dry completely in a dry spot. Please do not put it in the washing machine. If it ever smells off, soak it for an hour in hot water with a cup of white vinegar, then rinse and dry. Replace your glove every 8 to 12 months.

Can I use the Kessa Glove on my face?

No, it is made for deep body exfoliation and is too strong for facial skin. For your face, try a gentle clay mask like Ghassoul Clay instead.

What is it made of?

Again, I love that all of their products are natural/organic. The Aker Fassi provides a beautiful color for the lips and cheeks! It lasts on my cheeks all day, even in the hot sun. I have yet to to try methods to get it to stay on my lips all day, but the color is lovely, and I believe it would complement all skin tones. A little goes a long way!

Wow, where do I start... I love this Kohl so much and I wouldn't change anything about it! A year ago, I was in Jordan and bought an $8 kajal/ithmud in Petra, and it was made in India with a plastic applicator. It was fine to use for some time, but I realized whenever I got it under my eyes, it was very smudgy and stubborn to remove. Skalli Essentials kohl comes with a PERFECT natural applicator, and the black powder itself is very easy to remove and wipe away. At the same time, I don't know how it's possible, but I can also do perfect winged eyeliner with this without adding water! It lasts all day, even when I'm hot outside. I don't notice the product getting in my eyes, but if it does, I can't feel it at all because it doesn't burn. Follow the directions, and you'll get the hang of application. The only thing I'd say is that a bit of black powder comes out when you first open it, and each time the container is opened, a tiny bit comes out. It's really not bad though, just do it over the sink or any easy-to-clean surface. The results are amazing, long-lasting, and really do make my eyes pop, all with natural and organic ingredients(:
